PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor capable of acquiring prescribed information.SOLUTION: The signal processor includes: plural light source units each of which emits a beam of light having coherency of plural wavelengths; an imaging unit that takes a speckle image which represents an interference state of reflectance of the light emitted from the light source unit to an object; and a processing section that processes the speckle image taken by the imaging unit on each wavelength. The processing section analyzes fluctuation amount of the speckle images which are acquired with respect to each wavelength to acquire a piece of prescribed information. The imaging unit has a filter for dispersing the wavelength, and the processing section processes the speckle image dispersed by the filter. The light source unit irradiates each of plural objects with a beam of wavelength different from each other. The signal processor is applicable to sensors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
