PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer dispersion liquid and an aqueous coating material capable of forming a coated film excellent in adhesiveness to various substrates, especially polyolefin substrate, water resistance, and soft feel property, and a polymer particle contained in the polymer dispersion liquid and the aqueous coating material.SOLUTION: There is provided a polymer particle containing an urethane resin (A) and a polymer (B) containing a monomer unit derived from a radical polymerizable monomer (b) in the same particle, where the radical polymerizable monomer (b) contains one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of an acrylic acid ester monomer (b1) and a methacrylic acid ester monomer (b2) having a solubility parameter calculated by a Fedors method of 20.1 (J/cm)or less of 50 to 100 mass% based on the total amount of the radical polymerizable monomer (b) and glass transition temperature (Tg) calculated by the FOX formula (1) of the polymer (B) is -35 to 57°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
