POWER LINE ROUTING STRUCTURE FOR IN-WHEEL MOTOR DRIVE DEVICE

This cable routing structure is provided with: an in-wheel motor drive device (11) capable of being steered about a steering axis (K); a plurality of power cables (26) extending from the in-wheel motor drive device toward a vehicle body at a position separated from the steering axis and bending as the in-wheel motor drive device is steered; and a protective tube (41) for receiving the plurality of power cables and bending as the in-wheel motor drive device is steered. The cable routing structure is characterized in that: a cross-section of the inner space of the protective tube includes a near cross-sectional region (Sa) which is located close to the steering axis and a far cross-sectional region (Sb) which is located away from the steering axis; and the plurality of power lines is disposed in the near cross-sectional region.
