This board connecting connector comprises a plug (10) that is fixed by being soldered on the electronic device mounting surface of a printed circuit board (PCB1), and a socket (12) that is fixed by being soldered on the electronic device mounting surface of a printed circuit board (PCB2) in such a manner as to face the plug (10). In the plug (10), since a fixed portion (22am) and a mobile piece portion (22an) of a power source contact terminal (22ai) are divided into a plurality of branches, a flat plate-shaped contact point portion of a contact piece part (22ac) can be easily moved, along with an inner insulator member (16) in the plug (10), relative to a fixed terminal part (22af).
