Provided is a method for producing bioethanol using citrus peel. In order to produce bioethanol using the citrus peel in more economical and efficient way, the method the present invention comprises the following processes: inserting a citrus peel raw material into a reaction tank and heating the same under a vacuum pressure at a low temperature so as to remove limonene; saccharifying the citrus peel raw material right after removing limonene; injecting yeast to the saccharified raw material sludge so as to ferment the same; and collecting the product after distillation of ethanol.
