PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method by which the temperature of resin in an injection nozzle is accurately controlled.SOLUTION: In a preparation step, an injection nozzle (6) for preparation step, which is equipped with first and second temperature sensors (8, 12), is provided for a heating cylinder (3). The first temperature sensor (8) measures first temperature being the temperature of a metal portion of the nozzle (6), and the second temperature sensor (12) measures second temperature being the temperature of resin. A molding cycle is executed on the preparation step to obtain correlation between the first and second temperatures. In an actual operation step, injection molding is performed by the injection nozzle (6) equipped with only the first temperature sensor (8). Based on correlation between second target temperature given to the second temperature at this point, and the first and second temperatures, first target temperature to the first temperature is calculated. The temperature of resin is controlled by the first target temperature. Consequently the temperature of resin is controlled to be the second target temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
