METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A TRANSFORMABLE HEADWEAR

A method for manufacturing a transformable headwear, comprising a cutting from air-tight elastic material, as well as a step of connecting edges forming closed head portion and opened neck portion of the headwear, characterized in that two cuttings are cut having similar lateral dimensions but different length, from the first cutting, which is a face portion of the transformable headwear and longer, an upper and lower portions are formed by at least single lateral cutting of the first cutting and before the step of connecting the upper and the side edges of the upper portion of the first cutting and the side edges of the lower portion of the first cutting with corresponding edges of the second blank, portions of the first cutting are put on the second cutting, which is a rear portion of the transformable headwear, aligning their edges with corresponding edges of the second cutting and so that the lower part of the upper portion and the upper part of the lower portion are overlapped relative each other, means are provided on the upper and lower parts of the first cutting and on the longitudinal axis of the transformable headwear symmetry for a split connection of interfacing surfaces of the upper and lower parts of the first cutting. 2. The method of claim 1, characterized in that on the second cutting, which is a rear portion of the transformable headwear, the lower part of the first cutting is placed aligning its lower and side edges with the corresponding edges of the second cutting and after that the upper part is placed thereon, aligning its upper and side edges with the corresponding edges of the second cutting and positioning its lower part overlapped with the upper part of the lower portion. 3. The method of claim 1, characterized in that the upper portion is formed by lateral cutting of the first cutting along the first arc smooth curve, the convexity of which faces the face portion of the headwear, and the lower part is formed by lateral cutting of the first cutting along the second arc smooth curve, the convexity of which faces the neck portion of the headwear.
