PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that provides a content chart enabling individual users to temporarily access one or more content items listed in the chart, and enables access control by the content items in the chart.SOLUTION: A device includes: a user device interface for communicating with an application in a user device; and a permission module for determining user access permission (including temporal user access permission) related to each of one or more items in content.
