<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition coating device which can effectively prevent the release of foreign matter such as waste from a matter to be coated in an electrodeposition tank, thereby, can reduce the occurrence of defective coating, can improve coating quality and can materialize cost reduction of the electrodeposition coating. <P>SOLUTION: The electrodeposition coating device includes: an electrodeposition tank 2 which stores electrodeposition liquid 1; electrodeposition liquid flow producing means 11, 12L, 12R, 21, 22L, 22R which produce electrodeposition liquid flow of the average flow rate equal to the conveyance velocity of the matter W to be coated in the same direction as the conveyance direction of the matter W to be coated in an upper layer part U of the electrodeposition liquid 1 including a conveyance route of the matter W to be coated, in which the matter W to be coated is immersed into the electrodeposition liquid 1 to be conveyed; and a circulation flow producing means 13, 14, 23, 24 which produce the circulation flow for preventing precipitation of electrodeposition paint in the electrodeposition liquid 1 in the lower layer sides M, D than the upper layer part U. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
