PAGING MECHANISMS FOR LINK-BUDGETLIMITED USER DEVICES

Various mechanisms for paging link-budget-limited (LBL) devices are disclosed. The network node informs a base station of the device's LBL status as part of a paging message and the device is paged either with a dedicated P-RNTI and/or with a particular boosting.
