<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the separation, swinging or the like of a protection guide member with respect to a movable member even if a range of a relative rotation angle is wide, in an attachment structure for attaching the cable protection guide member to the relatively-rotating movable member. <P>SOLUTION: The protection guide member 30 is integrally formed of resin in a lengthy shape, and its cross section vertical to the longitudinal direction is hollow and formed into a rectangular shape. Slits vertical to the longitudinal direction for notching three faces while leaving a prescribed one face are formed at the protection guide member 30 in the longitudinal direction at prescribed intervals. In the protection guide member 30, an intermediate part 30a is attached to a first member 22, extended from the intermediate part 30a to the circumferential direction of an axial line R, and extended to the side of an arm 25 while spirally being wound with a prescribed one face as the internal peripheral side.
