PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote effective utilization of surplus power.SOLUTION: A control unit 10 refers to a power selling schedule stored in a storage unit 13, and when generation of surplus power from a power conditioner 3 has been notified during a period (date) specified that power selling is possible, controls a wireless communication unit 14 to transmit a control command for starting reverse power flow to the power conditioner 3. Upon receiving the control command for starting reverse power flow, the power conditioner 3 converts DC power output from a solar cell panel 2 into an AC voltage higher than the system voltage of a commercial power system, and supplies reverse power flow (power selling) to the commercial power system via a distribution board 5 and a power measurement device 1. Since the surplus power generated during a period specified that power selling is impossible in the power selling schedule is supplied to another apparatus, effective utilization of surplus power can be promoted. |
