The identification documenthas an envelope that is permanently connected to an interior portion. The interior portion is provided with data sheets (2). A film (4) is arranged on the envelope and/or on the data sheet. The film is provided for preventing the forgery of the identification document. The envelope is sewn with the data sheet by a seam (6). A teflon layer is located on the seam. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing identification document. |
