A kit 10 of surgical instruments 12 connected together by interconnecting members 14 such as sprues or runners. The handles 16 of the instruments and the interconnecting members are integrally formed, either by moulding from a plastic or by 3D printing, but are separable by snapping. The kit may contain a variety of forceps, scalpels and scissors, a needle holder, a speculum and a vectis. The handles are formed onto metal instrument heads (figure 8) having protruding stems (19) with through holes, preferably by overmolding. |
