PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat which does not inhibit cleavage of a sewing line to the utmost (cleaves smoothly) even in such a structure that holes for fitting the other members of a seat cover are arranged adjacently to the sewing line for airbag expansion of a seat side part.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat is configured so that an airbag 30 is expandable from a linear sewing line 12 provided at the side of a seat cover 6S, and the other members can be installed by forming holes 14 at the positions adjacent to the sewing line 12 of the seat cover 6S. A seat cover portion (a second skin piece SP2) disposed between the sewing line 12 and the holes 14 is reinforced by a planar reinforcing member 10, and a fragile part 16 easier to rupture than the other marginal parts of the holes 14 is provided on the marginal part of the hole 14 of the side on which the reinforcing member 10 is disposed. |
