The present invention relates to an apparatus for fundamentally preventing a leaked copy, and a decoding method thereof. The apparatus comprises: a recognizing sensor driving unit for adjusting; an application unit for verifying a registration status by comparing a read image with an image stored in a memory device, and determining whether to transmit printing, copying, and faxing according to a security level; a control unit for directly controlling an operation of a printer, a copier, and a facsimile machine according to a transmission command of printing or copying and faxing; and a registration unit; and a registration unit for accessing a network through an external interface or directly accessing the printer, the copier, the facsimile, and so on, and enabling a security clerk or a person in charge to register an image that the security level is assigned. |
