PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent distribution information from being falsified, in a distribution device for distributing information using push distribution.SOLUTION: A distribution system comprises: a distribution device for distributing time information and post-conversion authentication information to a user's terminal; and a server for receiving the time information and the post-conversion authentication information from the terminal. The distribution device comprises a conversion unit for converting authentication information previously registered in the device to the post-conversion authentication information, by reversible conversion using time information. The server comprises: a reverse conversion unit for acquiring the authentication information from the post-conversion authentication information by performing conversion reverse to the reversible conversion by using the received time information; and an authentication unit for determining that the terminal has communicated with the distribution device when the authentication information acquired from the post-conversion authentication information is the same as authentication information previously registered in the server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
