PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system capable of changing the output of a fuel cell to a desired output instantaneously.SOLUTION: A fuel cell power generation system includes a control unit 31 for controlling the amount of air supplied to a cathode electrode 11a, so as to switch an operation mode of a fuel cell 11 to any one of a plurality of operation modes, including a first operation mode and a second operation mode of higher output and higher temperature than the first operation mode. When the operation mode is switched from the second operation mode to first operation mode, the control unit 31 provide a time zone where the air supplied to the cathode electrode 11a is equal to or less than a second air supply amount, i.e., the rated flow rate in the second operation mode, but increased from a first air supply amount, i.e., the rated flow rate in the first operation mode, by a predetermined flow rate a1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
