PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless flat belt in which adhesive strength of a silicone rubber layer on a surface can be improved, whose manufacturing process can be simplified, and whose production efficiency can be improved, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: An endless flat belt comprises: a reinforcement fabric 2; a rubber layer 1 laminated on the surface of the reinforcement fabric 2; and a cord core 11 embedded in the rubber layer 1 and wound spirally in a belt width direction at a predetermined pitch. The rubber layer 1 includes a peroxide vulcanizing rubber layer 21 made of peroxide vulcanizing rubber other than silicone rubber, and a peroxide vulcanizing thermosetting silicone rubber layer 22 laminated on the surface of the peroxide vulcanizing rubber layer 21 via a silane coupling agent layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
