<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin ornament achieving both irregular feeling by emboss and surface gloss feeling on the same surface. <P>SOLUTION: A front garnish 1 includes a resin base material 121 forming an emboss surface 122 made of fine irregularities. A color clear layer 123 is provided on the base material 121. The color clear layer 123 is a film of coating provided on the base material 121, and comprises translucent resin including pigment. Since the color clear layer 123 has transmission properties, the irregularities of the emboss surface 122 positioned inside the color clear layer 123 can be visually recognized. Further, the surface of the color clear layer 123 is smoothly formed as compared with an emboss surface 122 where the granular feeling of an inner wall of a mold for emboss working is transferred as it is, the surface of front garnish 1 may have the gloss.
