PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict grease around one gear against moving toward a circumference around the other gear.SOLUTION: A speed reducer 10 comprises a counter-shaft 18 to which a large diameter counter gear 22 and a small-diameter counter gear 24 are fixed; and a final shaft 20 to which a final gear 26 engaged with the small-diameter counter gear 24 is fixed. In addition, the speed reducer 10 is provided with a bearing 30 for pivotally supporting an end part of the large diameter counter gear 22 in respect to the final gear 26 at the final shaft 20 and in which an outside end in a radial direction is arranged to be overlapped with the large diameter counter gear 22 as seen from its axial direction. Further, the speed reducer 10 comprises a third bearing fixing part 46 to which the bearing 30 is fixed and a rib 48 arranged at the axial same position as that of the large-diameter counter gear 22. There is provided a case 28 in which a clearance between the final shaft 20 and the rib 48 is set to be narrower than a clearance between the final shaft 20 and the third bearing fixing part 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
