摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a risk of leading the dimensional change of a blower impeller to a film-peeling quality fault, because burr is likely to occur in the mold abutting surface due to a high pressure during injection charging of the die of a blade part in an impeller molding; and since the fiber orientation of resin and glass fiber in the blade part in the impeller is aligned in a radial direction, the swelling occurs where the fuel enters between molded article molecular chains when the impeller is dipped in the fuel in an impeller actual use environment.SOLUTION: A gate part leading to an impeller, 1 to 3 point of pin gates to the inner race of the impeller, a gate arranged to place ring gates to the outer ring part outer peripheral surface of the impeller across the blade; resin of the blade part at the time of injection filling is by orienting the orientation of the resin and glass fiber of the blade part in the thickness direction of the impeller to improve swelling resistance at the time of fuel immersion by colliding confluence. Moreover, the portion constitutes a blade chamber of the impeller, and improved gas release properties at a time of molding the blade part by nesting allocated for each blade chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
