PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure an insulation distance between junctions of coil wires in a segment coil.SOLUTION: Coil wires 31-1 to 32-6 passing through insertion holes 35-1 of a cuff support component 31-1 are guided by protrusions 44a and 44b and separated in a stator radial direction for the unit of a welding block. Thus, the coil wires 32-1 to 32-6 are expanded in the stator radial direction at a coil end position expanded from a stator core 21 to one side in a stator axial direction and a stator radial direction interval between the coil wires 32-1 and 32-2 and the coil wires 32-3 and 32-4 and a stator radial direction interval between the coil wires 32-3 and 32-4 and the coil wires 32-5 and 32-6 are widened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
