PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing mask excellent in the characteristic of arrangement accuracy of a solder paste by improving a contact condition.SOLUTION: A printing mask comprises: an opening which penetrates in a vertical direction; and a substrate facing surface on a side facing a substrate being a printing object, and in a state that the substrate facing surface is mounted on the substrate, a solder paste can be applied from the opening on the substrate. An inside surface of the opening and the substrate facing surface comprise a water repellent layer to be coated, and the substrate facing surface comprises a rough surface which is formed on at least the surrounding of the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
