PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble such as disconnection of wiring connected to a detection electrode.SOLUTION: A sensor device according to one embodiment comprises a substrate, an electrode formed on the substrate and detecting contact or proximity of an object, and wiring formed on the substrate and connected to the electrode. The wiring includes a first transparent conductive wire, a first metal wire formed on the first transparent conductive wire, a first insulator layer covering the first metal wire, a second transparent conductive wire formed along the first metal wire via the first insulator layer and electrically connected to the first metal wire through a pore provided in the first insulator layer, a second metal wire formed on the second transparent conductive wire, and a second insulator layer covering the second metal wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
