PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a burr while suppressing deformation, generation of opening of a weld line and the like in a resin molded article.SOLUTION: A burr removal device 1 can be inserted into an internal passage of a resin molded article and comprises a nozzle part 31 formed with an annular injection port on a tip part thereof and a hot air supply source 32 supplying hot air to the nozzle part 31. The burr removal device 1 removes a burr by moving the nozzle part 31 so that the annular injection port of the nozzle part 31 is arranged to face the burr, and locally injecting the hot air, supplied from the hot air supply source 32, to the burr formed in the internal passage of the resin molded article from the injection port of the nozzle part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
