PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a heating cooker which can achieve a good cooking effect and finish, and which can inhibit burning and sticking, and prevent boiling over.SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises: upper heating means 38 provided on the upper side of a cooking chamber 11; a heat-proof insulating plate 39 provided on the lower side of the cooking chamber 11; an induction heating coil 109 provided under the heat-proof insulating plate 39 in the cooking chamber 11; a temperature sensor 37b provided under the heat-proof insulating plate 39; and a cooking plate which enters or leaves the cooking chamber 11 in conjunction with closing or opening of a cooking chamber door 7. When at least the cooking chamber door is in a closed state, the cooking plate contacts the heat-proof insulating plate directly or indirectly and the temperature sensor 37b contacts the heat-proof insulating plate 39 to detect temperature, and an output of one or both of the upper heating means 38 and the induction heating coil 109 is controlled based on an output of the temperature sensor 37b. |
