The present invention relates to a blind and, more specifically, to a blind having a blind fabric easy to replace. The blind having a blind fabric easy to replace according to the present invention comprises: a rotating reel bar into which a file rail attached to an end of the blind fabric is inserted to be wound and unwound; a pulley mounted on one end of the rotating reel bar; a rotating cap connected to the other end of the rotating reel bar to be rotatable; a first fixed end cap fixed in a side of the pulley; and a second fixed end cap fixed in the rotating cap. The rotating cap has an exit and entry part through which the file rail can enter and exit, formed at an end connected to the second fixed end cap and a cut part is formed at an end of the second fixed end cap, which is a passage for the file rail connected to the exit and entry part by the rotation of the rotating cap. |
