The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for mode control in a wireless communication system supporting terminal to terminal communication. The present specification discloses a terminal, comprising: an RF part for receiving a cell specific reference signal from a base station; a processor for estimating the quality of a wireless link by using the cell specific reference signal, monitoring for determining out-of-sync or in-sync, controlling a radio link failure (RLF), and changing a D2D mode of the terminal to a first mode or a second mode based on the out-of-sync or in-sync; and a memory connected to the processor for storing the information for driving the processor. The present invention is designed such that the terminals existing in the service range of the base station efficiently allocate the resource for D2D communication. |
