PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting diode display panel and pixel array structure of the display panel that increase an aperture of a fine metal mask (FMM) and increase virtual pixels per inch (PPI).SOLUTION: A display panel 13 comprises: a first direction 11; a second direction 12 orthogonal to the first direction 11; and a plurality of sub-pixel areas 14 that is distributed on the display panel 13. The plurality of sub-pixel areas 14 is arrayed along the first direction 11 and second direction 12, respectively, and R, G and B sub-pixels 15 are installed in each of the sub-pixel areas 14, and the R, G and B sub-pixels 15 are sequentially arrayed along the first direction 11 and the R, G and B sub-pixels 15 are sequentially arrayed along the second direction 12. Further, a long axis of a plurality of sub-pixel areas 14 is parallel with the second direction 12, a long axis of the R, G and B sub-pixels 15 is parallel with the first direction 11, and each sub-pixel covers two mutually adjacent sub-pixel areas 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
