PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an electric power generating device to efficiently operate with cooling water from a hot water storage tank.SOLUTION: Cooling water is supplied from a hot water storage tank 2 to an electric power generating device to generate electric power, and waste heat thereof is used to prepare hot water in the hot water storage tank 2. The hot water tank 2 is arranged in a case 3, a fan 10 is driven to introduce air into the case 3 from outside, and at least a lower side of the hot water storage tank 2 is cooled with the air, wherein the cooling is started a predetermined air cooling set time before expected time when the hot water storage tank 2 is expected to be filled with hot water of predetermined cooling reference temperature or higher. The air cooling set time is determined based upon air cooling set time set information so set that the air cooling set time becomes longer as a temperature based upon the temperature outside the case 3 rises and a temperature based upon the outside temperature, and the hot water storage tank 2 begins to be air-cooled the air cooling set time before the expected time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
