PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight seat back frame capable of suppressing twist and bending efficiently.SOLUTION: A seat back frame 1 forms a skeleton of a backrest portion of a vehicle seat and comprises left and right side frames 2, a front side plate 31, a rear side plate 30, and an upper frame 3 connecting the left and right side frames 2. A lightening hole, which penetrates in a longitudinal direction, and a diagonal brace 31e, which is installed so as to divide the lightening hole into lightening holes 31a, 31b, 31c, 31d, are formed in at least one of the front side plate 31 and the rear side plate 30. The front side plate 31 and the rear side plate 30 are joined at a joint part 31f at the lower edge of the upper frame 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
