1. A method for treatment of a neurodegenerative disease, comprising:
administering to a subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula I, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an isomer, a solvate, or a hydrate thereof, or any combination thereof: wherein R is selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C1-C15 arylalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C15 heteroarylalkyl, and substituted or unsubstituted, linear, branched or cyclic C1-C10 alkyl; Y is selected from the group consisting of O and —N—R1; R1 is at least one selected from the group consisting of —H and linear or branched C1-C3 alkyl; R2 is selected from the group consisting of —H and halo; A is selected from the group consisting of N, O, and S; B is C or N; Z is —OC(═O)NH2; m is an integer in the range of 0 to 4; and n is an integer in the range of 0 to 5.
