An organic light-emitting diode comprising a substrate; a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; an emission layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; an electron transport layer between the emission layer and the second electrode; and a buffer layer between the emission layer and the electron transport layer, wherein the buffer layer comprises an amine-based compound represented by Formula 1 below: wherein in Formula 1, Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 aryl group; or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C60 heteroaryl group excluding a substituted or unsubstituted pyridinyl group represented by Formula 2E; X1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 arylene group or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C60 heteroarylene group; m is an integer of 1 to 5; and at least one substituent of the substituted C6-C60 aryl group, the substituted C2-C60 heteroaryl group, the substituted C6-C60 arylene group, and the substituted C2-C60 heteroarylene group is one of deuterium; —F; —Cl; —Br; —I; —CN; a hydroxyl group; —NO2; an amino group; an amidino group; hydrazine; hydrazone; a carboxyl group or a salt thereof; a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof; a phosphoric acid or a salt thereof; a C1-C60 alkyl group; a C1-C60 alkoxy group; a C2-C60 alkenyl group; a C2-C60 alkynyl group; a C1-C60 alkyl group, a C1-C60 alkoxy group, a C2-C60 alkenyl group, and a C2-C60 alkynyl group that are substituted with at least one of deuterium, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, —CN, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, hydrazine, hydrazone, a carboxyl group or a salt thereof, a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof, and a phosphoric acid or a salt thereof; a C3-C60 cycloalkyl group; a C6-C60 aryl group; a C2-C60 heteroaryl group; a C6-C60 aralkyl group; a C6-C60 aryloxy group; a C6-C60 arylthio group; and a C3-C60 cycloalkyl group, a C6-C60 aryl group, a C2-C60 heteroaryl group, a C6-C60 aralkyl group, a C6-C60 aryloxy group, and a C6-C60 arylthio group that are substituted with at least one of deuterium, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, —CN, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, hydrazine, hydrazone, a carboxyl group or a salt thereof, a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof, a phosphoric acid or a salt thereof, a C1-C60 alkyl group, a C1-C60 alkoxy group, a C2-C60 alkenyl group, a C2-C60 alkynyl group, C6-C60 aryl group, and a C2-C60 heteroaryl group; wherein at least one of Ar1 and Ar2 is one of Formulae 2F to 2K and 2M to 2X: wherein in Formulae 2E, 2F to 2K and 2M to 2X, Z11 through Z19 are each independently one of hydrogen; deuterium; —F; —Cl; —Br; —I; —CN; a hydroxyl group; —NO2; an amino group; an amidino group; hydrazine; hydrazone; a carboxyl group or a salt thereof; a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof; a phosphoric acid or a salt thereof; a C1-C60 alkyl group; a C1-C60 alkoxy group; a C2-C60 alkenyl group; a C2-C60 alkynyl group; a C1-C60 alkyl group, a C1-C60 alkoxy group, a C2-C60 alkenyl group, and a C2-C60 alkynyl group that are substituted with at least one of deuterium, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, —CN, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, hydrazine, hydrazone, a carboxyl group or a salt thereof, a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof, and a phosphoric acid or a salt thereof; a C3-C60 cycloalkyl group; a C6-C60 aryl group; a C2-C60 heteroaryl group; a C6-C60 aralkyl group; a C6-C60 aryloxy group; a C6-C60 arylthio group; and a C3-C60 cycloalkyl group, a C6-C60 aryl group, a C2-C60 heteroaryl group, a C6-C60 aralkyl group, a C6-C60 aryloxy group, and a C6-C60 arylthio group that are substituted with at least one of deuterium, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, —CN, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, hydrazine, hydrazone, a carboxyl group or a salt thereof, a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof, a phosphoric acid or a salt thereof, a C1-C60 alkyl group, a C1-C60 alkoxy group, a C2-C60 alkenyl group, a C2-C60 alkynyl group, a C6-C60 aryl group, and a C2-C60 heteroaryl group; and * denotes a binding site with N of Formula 1. |
