A device for tightening and loosening a fastening member is disclosed. The device for tightening and loosening a fastening member, according to the present invention, comprises: a main body; a fixing holder which is installed in the main body and prevents the main body from rotating; a cylinder which is fixed to the main body and has a linearly moving piston; a drive part of which one end is connected to a connection part formed in the piston and the other end is installed in the main body to be rotated and which converts the linear motion of the piston into a rotational motion; and a box socket which is connected to the drive part and tightens or loosens a fastening member according to the rotation of the drive part.
