According to the present invention, an emergency call transmission system comprises: a telematics unit including a determination unit for determining the presence of error in a telematics antenna of a vehicle and a telematics terminal; and a user terminal connected to the telematics unit. On the other hand, an emergency call transmission method according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: determining the presence of error in a telematics antenna of a vehicle in accident; and transmitting an emergency call to a telematics center through a user terminal connected to the telematics unit. |
