The present invention provides a hybrid photovoltaic power generation system capable of improving efficiency of a solar cell, using heat generated by the solar cell for a heating and cooling system, and improving accuracy of tracking the position of sun. The hybrid photovoltaic power generation system includes: a position calculation unit calculating the position of the sun; a module unit collecting sunlight by moving according to the position of the sun tracked by the position calculation unit and absorbing heat generated using the collected sunlight; a heat storage tank storing high temperature water absorbing the heat generated in the module unit; and a cooling/heating unit providing cooling or heating by using the heat generated in the module unit.
