FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: functional structure of preliminary longitudinal mixing and turning of devices for magnetic detent of medical devices in a toroidal surgical robot system with an extension cover comprising several successive housings of extension elements, which are made with a possibility of a relative turn by an appropriate drive with a reduction gear and in initial position are located in a common housing of the robot system; at that, the common housing of the robot system has a toroidal shape with an inner sliding part with a spherical cover providing for a possibility of lifting, aligned with which in its lower part there is fixed a tool table with a possibility of reciprocal turning and magnetic detents for medical instruments; at that, the common housing of the robot system comprises several pairs of bent rods, which are arranged regularly in circle in the lower part of the common housing and their lower parts are fixed on a common or individual plate with the possibility of reciprocating turn inside the toroidal common body of the robot system While top parts of the bent rods are fixed to each other by means of a fixed axial rod for a preliminary turn with fixed on it first gear which is located inside the first housing sliding elements and functionally connected to the first drive with reduction gear for rotation of housings of sliding elements, is secured on one side on one half of the first housing extension elements, while on the other side of the first housing of sliding elements there is fixed a second drive with reduction gear, the gear of which is functionally connected with the second gear fixed on the axial rod for reciprocating turn of successive housings of sliding elements.EFFECT: invention can be used in various medical procedures.1 cl, 3 dwg |
