The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generation system using a solar cell module which has power generation capacity increased by increasing light transmittance and enhancing an anti-contamination function and a self-cleansing function. The photovoltaic power generation system includes the solar cell module including: a plurality of solar cells (110) which are arranged in a serial or parallel manner by a conductive ribbon and convert light energy into electric energy; tempered glass (120) which is coated with a coating agent (121, 122) and attached to an upper side of the solar cell; and a back sheet (140) which is attached to a rear side of the solar cell (110) by an EVA film (130). The tempered glass (120) has an inclination angle of 9-11° with respect to a vertical direction, is horizontally transferred in a coating chamber, is dried and treated with heat after application of the coating agent to be manufactured. The coating agent has titanium dioxide particle surfaces, bound to fine metal particles of transition metal and tin oxide, and colloidal silica with a particle size of 20-40 nm bound to water soluble metal silicate or ethyl silicate. |
