PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braid ring with a rubber core contained, a braid ring that has a high tensile strength in a joined part joined with an adhesive and that has a fitting position hardly movable during the use.SOLUTION: A rubber core-contained braid composed of a rubber core and an outer coat braid covering the rubber core is cut at a prescribed length, made the cut sections at both ends joined with each other to form a ring shape. The rubber core is made by bundling six fine rubber braids having a square cross section and, the four of the fine rubber braids are arranged in a square with two and two vertically and horizontally, with the remaining two braids arranged outside the center part of the opposing two sides of the square arrangement. A space between the six fine rubber braids inside a prescribed range from the cut cross sections is impregnated with an adhesive and solidified, as are a space between the periphery and the outer coat braids and also the outer coat braids in the same range. The cut sections at both ends are joined with each other under the foregoing conditions to form the ring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
