The present disclosure provides a D2D communication method and apparatus. The method comprises: a first user equipment determines that no cell is detected, and then the first user equipment acquires time division duplex (TDD) uplink and downlink configuration and a D2D resource configuration policy that are used for resource configuration; the first user equipment allocates D2D resources according to the TDD uplink and downlink configuration and the D2D resource configuration policy; and the first user equipment performs D2D communication according to the allocated D2D resources. |
