PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a coating apparatus capable of uniformly coating slurry onto a running base material.SOLUTION: A slurry coating method comprises: a step of supplying slurry to a running base material; a step of injecting gas onto the base material using a nozzle; and a step of pressing rollers on front and rear sides of the base material and adjusting a final coating build-up of the slurry, the rollers rotating on a contact surface of the base material in an opposite direction to a travel direction of the base material, and a rotating speed of the rollers is not less than 0.8 times and not more than 2.0 times higher than a threading speed of the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
