[Problem] To provide a billiards positioning sheet that can arrange billiard balls easily and with certainty, that has high functionality, that can appropriately position even worn billiard balls and that can reduce functionality degradation caused by tearing or wear degradation of the sheet. [Solution] In a billiards positioning sheet 1, integrally formed are a substantially circular body 10 which has a hollowed-out hollow portion 2, and four protrusions 11, 12, 13, 14 which contact the outer periphery of the substantially circular body 10. Six first holes 20 are formed on the circumference of the substantially circular body 10, and a second hole 21 and a third hole 22 are formed at the other end (tip side) of each protrusion.
