PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to sufficiently secure a holding capacity and to display a high-quality image in an electrooptical device such as a liquid crystal device.SOLUTION: An electrooptical device comprises: a scan line 3a electrically connected to a gate electrode 30g; a data line 6a electrically connected to a data-line-side source-drain region 30s; a pixel electrode 27 electrically connected to a pixel-electrode-side source-drain region 30d; and a capacitive element 16 that includes a first capacitive electrode 16a electrically connected to a capacitance line 3b, a second capacitive electrode 16c provided to face the first capacitive electrode 16a, and a dielectric layer 16b sandwiched between the first capacitive electrode 16a and the second capacitive electrode 16c, the first capacitive electrode 16a being electrically connected to the capacitive line 3b via a plurality of first contact holes CNT 4 provided in an interlayer dielectric film 11e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
