—Ar1— (3) wherein Ar1 is a constituent unit represented by the formulae (3-2) or (3-8): in the formula (3-2), R23 and R24 represent each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent with the proviso that at least one of R23 and R24 is a halogen atom;and in the formula (3-2) and (3-8), X21, X28 and X29 represent each independently a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom or a selenium atom. |
