PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds useful as inhibitors of ion channels.SOLUTION: The invention relates to chroman spirocyclic piperidine amide derivatives useful as inhibitors of ion channels. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising the compounds of the invention and methods of using the compositions in the treatment of various disorders. It has now been found that chroman spirocyclic piperidine amide compounds of the invention, and pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof, are useful as inhibitors of voltage-gated sodium channels.SELECTED DRAWING: None
