PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance advertisement effects.SOLUTION: A distribution device of the present invention includes a distribution section. The distribution section distributes a first content together with control information to a terminal device that a user operates. The control information make the terminal device execute a position determination procedure of determining whether or not an advertisement content different from the first content to be displayed in an advertisement area contained in the first content is positioned in a visible area specified by a display program which is to be executed in the terminal device and displays the first content; and a display procedure of displaying the first content and a third content overlapped when the position determination procedure determines that an advertisement content is not positioned in the visible area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
