PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triazine compound that exhibits a higher effect of improving adhesiveness between a polymer and a metal material or an inorganic material, a synthesis method of the above compound, and an epoxy resin composition containing the compound.SOLUTION: The triazine compound is represented by chemical formula (I) or the like. When the compound is used as an additive of a polymer such as an epoxy resin, a phenolic resin or a polyester resin, the triazine compound is uniformly dissolved or dispersed in the polymer to suppress migration in an electronic component, a printed circuit board or the like, and exhibits an effect of increasing adhesiveness of a metal material or an inorganic material constituting the electronic component or the printed circuit board with the polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
