A method for forming a three dimensional pattern and a three dimensional pattern formed by the method are provided. A method for forming a three dimensional pattern according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step in which predetermined fine particles are injected into a target object via an injection nozzle; a step in which the fine particles penetrate the target object; and a step in which at least one of the injection location and injection energy of the fine particles is controlled, thereby forming a three dimensional pattern in the inside of the target object. |
