PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ignite gas fuel quickly in a heater.SOLUTION: A heater 10 includes a rectangular parallelepiped insulating substrate 1, and a heating resistor 2 provided in the insulating substrate 1 so as to extend in the length direction, where the insulating substrate 1 is warped. Consequently, directivity can be imparted to the movement of gas fuel flowing in the vicinity of the surface of the insulating substrate 1, when the gas fuel is blown to the insulating substrate 1, and such a flow as the gas fuel and oxygen are mixed can be produced in the vicinity of the surface of the insulating substrate 1.
